Abnormality Observation
Abnormalities are strange creatures that completely can defy reality or physics as you know. That’s why, knowing them will help you fight them. Considering these beings have the capabilities to kill you when seemingly specific prerequisites have been filled. That’s why you must fill out Observation Levels.
Using an active PERCEPTION CHECK or INVESTIGATION CHECK can help you level up observation levels and to keep an eye out for specific dangers of fights. Be aware using these stacks on top of each other to a max of 50, as long as you are rolling to use Perception or Investigation on Observation. This effects all abnormalities in the fight.
All Abnormalities have four levels of Observation Levels:
- Observation Level 1(+15): Threat Level and AC.
- You’re gonna wanna know the Danger level of this thing before you half-ass engage it.
- Observation Level 2(+25): Resistances and Vulnerabilities.
- Abnormalities, the worse they get, will be more resistant to damage types and may have a few vulnerabilities.
- Observation Level 3(+35): Liked Work Types.
- Abnormalities have an odd thing where they will sometimes have a crack form that you can take advantage of. Although, these cracks can hurt or even kill Turbulence Volunteers if they fail to gouge these cracks correctly. So, you’ll want to know how to use these.
- Observation Level 4(+45): HP and Temp HP.
- This thing can die. It can, and it will.
- Final Observation(+55): Permanently Debuffs Abnormality.
- The abnormality finally fully opens up to the Volunteers, allowing you to crack the shell and make these monsters fully vulnerable to attacks. Though, you will be lost here. Stick to your gut and think about it. These things have an obsession, as if they all symbolize something.
